  Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) comes in a wide range of wood look colors and styles. French Creek Designs carries LVT from MSI Surfaces and Momentum Designs. LVT is a great option if you want to update the look of your home and want to keep options open for changing the look in the future. Many of our clients appreciate the softer feeling and scratch resistance of LVT, especially if they have young children or pets. MSI’s residential flooring comes with a lifetime limited warranty and commercial options carry a 15-year light commercial warranty. LVT also made on a wood-based core, but the wood look is an image printed onto a layer over the core and covered with a clear vinyl coating.
